The vision for Encore came many years before it was established by Christi Varvel in 2022. This classical and contemporary Ballet company was created with the purpose to give dancers performance opportunities while sharing the beauty of Ballet throughout their community. Performances include Encore En Motion in the fall and the Spring Gala, as well as outreach performances at hospitals and nursing homes.

Company dancers are set apart by leadership, discipline, and camaraderie. Dancers dedicate multiple hours each week to technique and pointe classes along with rigorous rehearsals. Encore is consistently striving towards excellence and artistry through varied repertoire, including classical Ballets and variations, as well as new classical and contemporary Ballet works.

Encore is a proud member of Regional Dance America/Southwest Region (RDA).
